How it works

Ultima is a hybrid fitness competition that features SIX diverse workout challenges, each designed to test athletes’ strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels. These workouts encompass a wide range of disciplines, including cardio, strength training, agility, flexibility, and more.

The participants will engage in a series of challenges that push their limits, ensuring a thrilling and engaging experience for athletes and spectators alike.

Participants start in waves based on their division. The start always takes place exclusively with participants of the same division.
